Hi! If I downgrade my plan today from the 35$ plan to the 25$ my data usage is right now over what the 25$ plan includes will I be charged for going over my data, or does the usage get covered from me paying the last period, and get restarted when my new plan starts? (Now that i am at home I won’t be using as much data)

@Peeshlee no, you will not be charged. In fact, if you switch immediately you will get the 1 gig of data ( 500mb + extra 500mb for autopay) since your new 30 day cycle starts upon the switch. Here's an article on how to switch plans https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/change-your-plan

@Peeshlee When scheduling the plan change just make sure you pick the option for the change to take effect on your next renewal and you will be fine.

@Peeshlee hi there are no overage charges for anything so you are good to go!! if you change your plan early though you will lose what you have now if anything and basically start a new 30 day cycle
