Downgrade

Hello, I upgraded my service this summer as I needed more data (20GB). Now I would like to downgrade and go back to what I had, 1GB per month. This option is not offered to me when I go to change my subscription. There is not even the option to change to 4GB which I see is available for new customers. Please help because paying for a service that I don’t need will not keep me has a customer for long!

what plan do you have now and what is the cheapest plan you can change to?

yes, not all plans are offered to existing subscribers.  But change to the cheapest available one you see (by using Change on Renewal to schedule a plan change on next renewal).  After the plan is changed, check back the page and you might be able to find another cheaper plan

Sorry, lots of people are now realizing that they no longer have the options to downgrade to certain plans anymore.

If you don't see what you want in My Account,  you can't get it.
