Downgrade for changing plan

My current plan is $30 CA-US 20GB plan. I want to switch to $29 CA-US-MEX 20GB plan. The only option that I can downgrade is $29 30GB CA plan. Will I see the $29 CA-US-MEX plan after I switch to the $29 CA plan?

Let us know if any plans less than $29 become available in your Change Subscription in the future. If so, you may be able to downgrade further and then the desired $29 5G Can-US-Mex plan may become available to change on renewal. Good luck.

yes, not all plans showing on everyone's My Account.  Unfortunately you can only change to plans showing up on your own account.  If not there, no way to get it.  You can try using browser with incognito mode to login and check again as the cache could have blocked it without Incognito mode

I was in the same boat where I had the $30 CA 20GB plan and the new $29 CA 30GB plan became available, which I took, but the $29-CA-US-MEX plan did not show

Until somebody tries it, there is no way to know for sure.

In my opinion, I think you would need to change to a plan that is less than $29 before you will have the $29 5G Can-US-Mex available for you.

You need to decide what is more important to you, your current US roaming and 5G or the extra 10 GB in the 30 GB 4G plan. If you switch to the latter $29 plan, you may find that your only available change option is to increase to $35 if you want the roaming  and 5G, meaning you would end up paying $5 more than your current plan. If it were me, I would stick with your current $30 plan and wait for something much better before downgrading. My 2 cents .
