I used my card to top up account. Was told there was a problem and to sign in again and try again. So I did and when I checked account it had taken 2 payments. Can I get a refund or no..

You can go to self service and look at your payment history (Transaction History).

If you're not tight on money then the excess can just stay there for next renewal.
Otherwise it can take weeks to get a refund and by then your renewal might come up anyway.

Best is leave it there it will be used for the next cycle
Refunds take 30 days
