I changed my subscription, but at the same time got charged for my old one, so in one month I got charged twice. Please help me to get my money back!!!

if you use Change Now option to make the change, PM will charge you new plan immediately
you should have used Change on Renewal option
but if you make a plan change of the first day of the renewal of old plan, PM generally can help.
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
