Double charges

I only have 1 account on my credit card but for the past 3 months I have been charged 2 different amount, 1 of those months I was charged 3 different amounts.  Who do I contact to figure out these charges before I am charged again

while you wait for CSA help, call the credit card issuer for details of the payments to PM for the past 3 months....just to make sure of your info.
