how do you know you were charged for your plan X 2 ? Maybe check with your back to confirm...could be one of those payment items were just a pending charge.

if the extra money showing in Available fund on My Account, you can leave it there. That's most PM will do anyway
but if the money gone no where, check with PM support agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
