Double charged

New in Town / Nouveau en Ville

I switched plans for more data and am still being charged for the other plan and the new plane since July . It shows on my visa but it doesn’t show on my profile payments . It’s a ghost plan now and I don’t know how to stop the payments

hi @Ryver did you actually activated 2 accounts?

ask PM support agent to check.  Submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
