lol No I do not. Maybe I should. If I did then I would be looking at your account myself. Not. I ask questions to help get to the source of a problem.
Can you post those images. Do you have extra balance in your account?

  we were billed two times at end of June and once again as we should have been at end of July. 

Can you provide an image of your payment history from here. I wonder if you renewed on July 1st and then renewed again on July 30th. That's 30 days.

on our credit card.  end of June.  waited for July.  was charged again.  so public has our money twice at june month end
