My phone stopped working today and when I called 611 there is an oustanding balance of $225.00
I have initially tried your service for 3 month, and got all data used in the first 2 months. Then decided I need more, so I choosen another (higher plan), topped up my account and activated new plan for the same phone number. Everything worked fine, but today LTE stopped working.
I checked my account online and accoring to payment history you charged me twice:
$219.00+$60 on Aug 14, 2017
then
$225.00+$60 on Aug 19, 2017
and service is still not working. When I'm trying to process the payment via 611 it says you were unable to process.
Please help! My phone doesn't work at all!
