Double charged Payment

Help please. You charged me 2 complete payments on my credit card last month but say I owe you for this month. I have the statement and proof. Your system sucks. Please fix my problem I am pissed. I cannot afford this double payment scam.

If you didn't renew your plan on Sept 3 twice...click on the ? in lower right side of page to start process of consultation with moderators. Best to ask to have the extra payment just applied to next renewal instead of refund as refunds could take several weeks.
