Double charge payment

How can this be corrected...I changed my card info...after entering..asked me to make payment...said the payment didn't go..asked to do it again...my bank statement reflects a double charged at the same day...

You can submit a ticket to a CS agent and they can help you.
Submit a ticket by clicking the text icon in bottom right. Log in, then select your issue and it will give you a link.
