Double charge of my subscription plan

I registered the Public Mobile service on June 24, 2024 with the plan. After activating my plan on Jun 28, I found that I got charged twice on my credit card with $64.41 each. Can you explain to me if this is a mistake?

I have an opened ticket: 448736-204, but haven't received a response from the customer service.

I made a quarterly payment of $64.41 in total. The monthly rate is $19 plus tax.

@Chi3   Are you able to log in to your account and see what it says there?  The most expensive plan at the moment is $50 so what plan did you go for?  Probably the best thing is to contact customer service.  Open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.  If that doesn't work then send agents a private message using this link
