I recently changed my plan at the begining of April (500 MB to 1GB data, same $30/month price) , and it seems I was charged twice 30 dolllars with one of the charges labelled "system issue". Also it seems my rewards are no longer being applied. How can i resolve this?

@dutchboy You can write a message to the moderator here..https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and ask them for help. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days be patient.

That's a credit for a double charge. You'll need to contact the mods for the rewards being missed.
