Does accessing/calling my Voicemail use minutes?

I'm not on a plan that has Unlimited calling. Does accessing/"calling" my Voicemail (on iPhone/iOS if it matters) use my minutes? e.g. would listening to/navigating my Voicemail for 4 minutes and 30 seconds use 5 minutes worth of minutes? or 0?

Thanks. Fortunately, with the 1000 minutes I've accumulated from PM's holiday gifts it'll never be an issue, I've never even come to close to using my already limited 100 minutes, so using those alternatives isn't necessary for me.

Although it's nice to know it does use my minutes and that those alternatives exist.

@CanadianPerson0 Hi yes checking VM uses minutes and yes four minutes plus will be five minutes

are you on limited minutes plan like $15 or $13 plan?

yes , it will cost you outgoing minutes if you are checking from our own PM phone 

you can avoid this by checking via landline or check with a VoIP app like TextNow or Fongo
