No Public Mobile is a prepaid service. For those type of high end phones you need a post paid provider. Telus owns Koodo and Public Mobile. Check out Koodo. Plans are higher though and you'll have to do a credit check.
Public Mobile does sell certified preowned phones. Again not high end ones and you have to pay in full for the phone.
