Hi Public Mobile Support,

​I am unable to receive or open any picture messages (MMS) sent to my phone from my contacts. The photos fail to download and stay stuck.

​I have already restarted my phone and checked my mobile data, but the issue is happening with multiple senders. Could you please check my account and refresh my network profile on your end so my picture messaging starts working?

To receive MMS through NORMAL (not apple or 3rd party app) DATA has to be ON.

You can reset the Network on your iPhone yourself. Go to Settings-General-Transfer or Reset iPhone-Reset-Reset Network Settings.

Are you using an Android and the problem usually happens when the sender is using an IPhone?  If so, it is a Sending iPhone issue, they are sending high resolution format that Android is not able to understand
