Hi all,
I have a sim card and have answered all the information but when I go to submit payment it does not work. It says CC invalid. Yet I check my credit card on line and indead it has gone through with 0.00. No one to talk to getting very frustrated...

Yes you are correct it is an address though.
How long have you been at your address? Read wetcoaster's post above again.

I don't live in a city. I have a street address which came out of being a fire address. It's from the old rural routes. The mailing address used to be this convoluted address but now it's just the street address with one of the superboxes.
Edit: Wikipedia gives this as an example - 21133 Township Road 512 - looks like an address to me.

Use the same address as the one on your credit card statement. Leave the unit number field blank.

How does the credit card company send you a bill in the mail? Surely (don't call me Shirley) they must have your address. Heck...how do you get *any* mail? That should be your address.

I think the whole issue comed down to having a street number. It won't let me get past there.

Another option to get you going is recharge.com..buy a voucher there then add to your account that way....their online system works quite well..

That didn't solve it. Maybe another issue is on the address page you have to put a street number in. We are rural without a street number but I can't go to the next page without inputting something, so I put a 1 in.
this should have taken me 10 minutes. The number they provide is useless since nothing has gone through so therfore no phone number.

@Handko, the activation portal can be a bit tempermental at times. Try clearing browser cache, using incognito mode. This sometimes clears the problem. Also when entering the credit card address, leave the suite number blank, on the postal code, don't put use space, enter all 6 characters consecutively.
