There is no customer service support. I just want to find out why my email is being used for someone elses accounr.

It is possible that somebody mistakenly typed your email address when customer activated new account. Maybe your email address is similar to theirs. Hopefully, the new customer noticed their mistake and will correct on their own.
There is no phone number or live chat feature with PM customer service. You can private message customer service agent.
