Did not receive 2GB promo text

My account has received the 2GB Christmas Promo text, but my wife's has not.  Is there any other way to get this promo or to get the text sent?

Hi @JohnnytheCarp this is untrue.  Everyone will get the Christmas promo , regardless of the plan

 

@AGuyLafleur no need to worry.  She will get the text by 15th.  if not , open ticket with PM and they will add it back for sure

If she has the 15G 4G for $40 plan she won’t get the promo

No, but I fear that she deleted the text in error.  I read in another post to text yes2 to 4911, and it worked.

@AGuyLafleur , have you ever unsubscribed to marketing texts?  If not, stay patient the rollout is still ongoing.  You will receive the text soon.
