I ordered a SIM 3 weeks ago and it has not arrived. The automated help bot says to post a private message to @CS_Agent but it tells me that user does not exist. I have also tried emailing but they have not replied. There seems to be no way to contact the company so I’m really wondering if I should forget about them and go back to Koodo.

If Walmart insists on doing the activation, configuring your phone, and getting it all working for you (and making a commission on your activation) before you leave their store then I say go ahead and let them do it, lol. As long as you get the plan you want, you get your passwords/PINs (which you should change when you get home), you can delete any bloat (like their Walmart app) they might install, and you don't have to pay any extra or buy anything extra for their service.
Normal delivery time for PM SIM cards, via postal service, is 2-5 business days. Normal cost for PM SIM cards is $10 plus tax. There are no activation charges, processing charges, surcharges and any other fees, other than submitting the prepaid cost for your (30-day or 90-day) plan.

Use this link to send a private message to the @Moderator_Team, include all relevant information in your message, such as your name, address, e-mail address, order number sent to you, problem description.

If you choose to do so you can also pick a SIM card up at WOW boutiques and K-Mobile shops. There have been reports that Walmart, who sells SIMs as well, has shops who insist that they are only selling you the SIM with an activation (which you can easily do yourself online).

That username does exist and it is the only way to contact the moderator. Don't bother with e-mail. Sending a private message is the only offical way to get in touch with customer service.
If you click on the same link to that username, there's an option to "send this user a private message".
