I set auto payment from the day I am with PB. Everything was ok.
Today my payment due (Aug 16). I am not sure if PB charge my credit card. I checked my credit card account but no pending record.
My account indicated that I have $116 balance, $116 avaibable fund, and $0 due.
It also indicated that my next auto pay date will be Nov 13.
My account status: Active, however, I have no data, not able to make any call or receive any call, even check my mailbox. Please advise.

You already have the funds available, which means they charged your card already. But the system somehow got stuck (it took the money, but didn't use it for the renewal). Only a mod can fix that, so there is nothing you can do until they respond.

I sent them the message already, do i need any further action? like using one time payment or are they gonna help going through my payment??
