Dialing USA

I am trying to call 888 and 877 numbers in the USA but am not able to 'the number you have called cannot be completed as dialed'.  How can I call these?  Do I need to upgrade my plan?  I am in Canada

There are sometimes geographical restrictions with toll-free numbers which prevent access from all provinces (or states)

Common issue. And you need to ask PM to refresh it on the system 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
