On May 4th I deleted my esim to switch to a different provider as I must have wifi calling which Public does not support. My phone hasn't worked since then as I can not access my account to give a new provider my account number I do not have my phone number anymore. I need the phone number and access to my account.

@WayneMenzies Since you got the sim card yesterday and presumably contacted support yesterday you may have to wait a little for a reply since support hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. eastern time. So they're only just now starting their day.

When I try login in the first verification goes to my email which is fine but the second verification goes to my phone number that I cannot access. I was advised to purchase a Public mobile Sim card to get access to my account which I received yesterday. I have reached out for support now that I have the card but have heard nothing back.

you need to rebuy the esim but you need to login the app to re-buy the esim
if you cannot login due to the 2FA , click Didn't receive code and then Send email, you would be able to get the code via email
then go to Account page, click Purchase sim card and choose esim
you can in fact as PM to reimburse you the esim cost after, you do so by submitting a ticket with them
