How do I ensure my credit card info has been deleted? The csr only confirmed my account was closed.

Once your account is closed. Your CC information will be closed/deleted.
There are 2 options to close your account. You need to port your number over to another carrier or click on disable Subscribe/AutoPay and your account will be closed after 90 days of nonpayment.

@janr75 If customer support has confirmed the account is closed then you shouldn’t be charged agin . Just watch your credit card to ensure you don’t get charged again if you do ( which I doubt you will ) then send them a message with the screen shot off proof you have been charged again and they will make it right ( refund )

once your account is closed, you card will be removed, confirm with CSA that card is removed
