I think I've already done everything I can... I contacted the support and PMed the mods.
I understand that Public Mobile is really busy with their promotion going on but this is very frustrating.

@Saray_O could you take a look at my issue (sent you a PM) when you get a chance as well? I haven't been able to receive incoming calls and SMS for 2 days as well.
