It has been more than 72hrs. Any update on porting my Koodo number to PM? I have sent you a private message on Nov 3, 2016 this issue.

I'm in the same boat as you @bar0460. I've sent private messages, used their support form and twitter. No resolution in sight. My number has been in the same limbo "not in service" for 1 week now.
