I got an error message when I tried to port my number 10 days ago. It told me to contact PM directly which is what I did.
I still have no word from public mobile on porting my number. Any mods that can help? This is getting ridiculous as I've sent messages via facebook, email and here.

@AaronL the time to hear back was 12 days as of last Thrusday so hopefully it has been shortened and they will be getting back to you very soon. I know Shazia has been on and answering peoples posts so that is a good sign that maybe things will be getting back to a somewhat normal state here in a bit.
