I bought extra data, but its not showing up for me to use. I see the receipt where ive purchased more but i havent been given the extra data to use.

Why?

@Lisa1387 try checking My Account again using Incgonito mode, you should see the addon there the.

And reboot the phone once to access the extra data.  Also, make sure you don't have data limiter enabled on your device

Try logging out and logging back in again AFTER going incognito or private tab.

Also, are you seeing the payment in your payment history and on your payment card for the amount of the data add-on?

Just confirm to be sure.
