Does anyone know why on my account it doesn’t show how much data I have used? I have 20gb of data but still says 0.00 used

Try calling 611 to check your data balance, and see if it matches what you show in My Account.

Click the circle with the arrow thingy to refresh what you are seeing while logged in.

Trying a different browser would work. If you have two factor authentication and don't go through the process of authenticating, I've noticed it will not show the data usages (could be a glitch in the system). I would try there first.

reboot phone,

use different browser,open incognito mode,clear cache,cookie, try Login

Hi @sofxmala   because the My Account site has some cache or cookies issue

 

Please try to clear cache and relaunch browser

Or better, use Incognito/InPrivate mode to login to My Account.  That would give you the real usage
