I purchased more data however 1. I can't access it on my phone 2. It shows the payment went through in my history but sometimes when I log in I can't see it and sometimes I can. If I call 611 it says I am out of data. I'd start a new plan but I've already put the $15 in and want to use it.

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
go to check history usage.. maybe you use all data.
