I’m getting texts telling me my data usage is at 100%. My account shows 10% usage.

There is a glitch and the text was sent by mistake. The data usage on your account is up to date.
It could also be your phone if your set it to monitor the usage.

HI @Albert6 just follow what is showing on My Account. And if you still have the data to use, ignore the text. There are lots of wrong text here and there.
