I have a very similar issue and I sent the Moderator a message in my inbox. Don't get to hopefully for fast support though. It took Public three days to reply and all they did was ask my info. Their support sucks. Try sending them a message.

@HparharTo contact a moderator, click on the ? on the lower right hand corner of your page. Type in your issue to SIMon, once SIMon responds to you, type in submit ticket.. it will prefill the information from your conversation into a ticket for the moderator to look at.

When you say you dont have it you mean it is not working or it is not even listed in your selfserve
