Do you see the 5 GB data add on/counter in your overview page under My Data & Add-Ons section? If it does not show, that means that you used up your data for this 30 day cycle.

@Mammymommy Did you check self serve to make sure you haven't used up you data? Sign in to you account and on the first page it should show you data counter. If it's missing that means that you used up all you data.
