My payment starts today and I noticed 1.4 GB has already been used on this months data. I looked at usage history, and the same amount is totalled on the 8th of June. Why has that been taken off?

If you still have problem with your data usage you can ask the moderator to have a look in your account..here..https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and explain your problem. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days.

Hi @LineJumper ,
From what I've observed, the payment is actually effected at 11pm or thereabout and your account is then reset.
You may want to be patient till tomorrow and then check.

Sounds like your data allowance has not refreshed yet in self-serve.
Mine refreshed the day after last time....
