I purchased an add on for my account to travel to the US. It was the talk text/message and data (30.00)
I just checked my data usage and it used all other add-on usage first (promo's) and shows me current in the red for all usage. There is no way I used my monthly 1 gb, plus the other 3 gb in my promo's plus the 3gb while I was away.
Please help me understand what has happened.. Thank you

@taxgirl - there is an issue with what the data is showing in some My Accounts it seems today, maybe this is your issue too? Is the date showing negative?
You are right your regular addons should not have been used when in the USA.
Call 611 to check your remaining plan and addon balance. They will be added together in the recording.

And or lap top /computer

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

When in USA PM will not use your 'all other promos' Only US add-on will be active.
To have most accurate account status:
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
PM will have T-mobile 2G network for US talk. Try to manually connect to T-mobile.
Engage Roaming toggle (switch/slider). Voice and SMS text will still work.
Data will work on LTE, but will switch over to 2G to make a call.
However, the quality of service will vary depending on the different coverage areas when roaming in the USA.
