Data usage on Prince Edward Island

I am located on Prince Edward Island. I have a Public Mobile plan which includes data. Since Fiona, I can’t access / use this data. Are others having problems with there data usage on the Island or elsewhere?

@revscott did you try rebooting your phone?

 

did you try using the sim card on another phone?

 

Did you try to toggle your neteork type to 3G only and LTE and see if it makes any difference?

 

are voice and text workong?

Bell/Virgin/Lucky/Telus/Koodo should be using the same network towers there, do you have any friends on those providers and so they have same data problem ?

 

I encourage you to open ticket with PM and provide them your exact location and they can check if there any equipment issues in the area
