First go to payments.....top up your account with a credit card ....the one you have for Auto Pay registered in your account or one that you will enter or a voucher. Choose the amount you want to add fill in payment details and submit payment. It will show in your balance. Then go to add ons ...choose your addon.....proceed to payment and submit it. The funds will be taken from your balance and the add on will appear in your account under 'your plan and add ons."

@Sadie1 are you having trouble buying the add on? To buy it you first have to put money on your account by a voucher or if you already have a credit card on the account just click make a payment, then go in the add ons and purchase the one you want
