I am not sure what is going on with two of my plans, I have a due date on the 13 of 14th of the month usually but it seems my data is not resetting. I looked at my data usuage and it seems to not have reset and is causing my issues on one account. If I have used my data it is one thing but I have no idea why it did not reset on the day it should have. How do I get this looked into?

A little more info is needed to help you. What data is included in your plan. Is it drawing from data that was part of the November sign up promo? Or is it drawing from your plan data. Either way you will need to contact a moderator to sort it out we can only help you so much
