Hey my plan included 5 gig data and I also had 2 bonus gigs, all of a sudden the 5 has disappeared from my plan and now only have the 2 bonus gigs , any idea why?

Are you near the end of your cycle? Or have you just renewed? The data counter in your account is most accurate but if you set your data tracker in your phone you can get a good idea of what you used and can check your apps for their usage. You may find one of them has been glitch and used a large percentage of your data without your knowledge. Make sure you have all your background data turned off. Sometimes when your plan renews your data won't reset. As per @esjliv 's post contact the moderators if you think this is the case.

If it is not showing up in your self serve account on your Overview Page, then that means it was all used up. When your plan renews it will show again.
Check your usage history from the beginning of you cycle to confirm what was used. Also, what does your balance say when you dial 611?
If you usage does not show the data used, and you do not think this is accurate contact the moderators.
