Hi all,
My data randomly stopped working with a "X" on the mobile data icon on my phone. I've checked the APN and account status. What I've noticed is that the data no longer shows up on my online account (12GB per 3 months from a Sping promo). Any help is appreciated!

So the data won't show 12GB / 12GB used and instead disappears?

You have used up all your data. The add-on dissaprars when used up.
You can go without data or ask mods to renew your plan early or buy a data add-on 1gb/30$
