Well, nothing is not good. Do you mean calls and texts don't work either? Or, you tried the trouble shooting supplied and and it did not work?

Have you checked your sim card into another phone to see if services work?

If you cannot check with another phone, check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

 

In your My Account confirm your sim card number matches your actual sim card number in your phone.

@shishirnpn  okay, what other details can you provide for narrowed down help here?

Are you calling and texting services working?

Is your data option turned on in the settings of your device?

Do you have data showing left on your plan/addons?

 

Try 1 or more of the below:

  • restarting your phone
  • toggle into / out of airplane mode
  • remove and reinsert your sim card
  • perform a reset of your device's network settings
  • try your sim card into another compatible device to make sure data works
