Data not working

For some reason, my data has not been working. When I log into my account, I am unable to see my data usage. Could somebody help me out? Thanks!

One of the good things about prepaid service is they don't allow you to go over your data allotment so you won't get a surprise charge. 

 

Maybe consider enabling the data tracking on your iOS/Android device so you know your data usage or log onto PM to check your data usage periodically.

If you had data working and you do. Not see the data add-on in you selfserve, it means you have used up all your data.

 

You can either:

renew your plan early

Buy a $30 1gb add-on

Go without data

You might also think to change to a higher data plan if this happens often
