Hi, my data hasn’t worked in since the day. I got this plan. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or why I can’t use it.

Hey,

I suggest going to your Community message mailbox and sending a message to CS_Agent. They are a little slow but they will everntually be able to help you out.

A good place to start might be with the device's APN settings.  Please have a look at:  https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/qc/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone

You might also need to have the APN type set as default,mms
