Data not working

I've never had an issue with my data until this reason plan pay period. Just wondering how I get it to work again

was your according renewing? 

Try reboot your phone and let us know if data or voice working now

are you using the same phone? what brand and model you have?

First, login My Account using Incognito mode and check if you still have data left. 

Also, make sure you have disabled the data limiter on your phone. Click Reset All Networks or Reset Network Settings

You might also want to test your PM sim card with another phone and possibly test in another area to confirm if it not a device problem or a local network problem
