Data has not been working properly for some time on my OnePlus 3T. Today I put in another PM SIM and it connected right away. And my SIM in the other phone also did not work.
The account has 6 GB data enabled (90 days), and NO data has been used this period.
I did see that there have been some attempts to connect to data in the usage history, showing 0 MB data a few times.
The APN settings have been changed to match exactly with 2 other PM phones that are working with data. As well as trying to match up with what a number of posts and websites indicate the APN should be, such as here

I have already tried network resetting. I even went so far as to completely reset my phone. Blanked it out and started from scratch. Painful, and it did not help.

My plan includes data as shown without being an add-on. So "My Data and Add-ons" has nothing in it. My plan is obviously active as I can talk and text, and it says the plan is active.

Yes, it was working for a long time. I did have a problem after an update of the OS, but I got that resolved. Then data worked again for a while and stopped.

@ash195541 this.....doesn't sound right.
@ThomasR I agree with @mimmo, it sounds like you might have a back-end issue rather than a phone or APN issue. You could try a network reset [settings -> Backup & reset -> Network settings reset -> Reset settings button] first to see if that helps.

I would send a message to mods and ask them to look into 'reseting" your account to make sure there is nothing on the systems end. Also link to this thread or explain all the steps you have done.

In your account under "data and Add-Ons" does it show as active?

So are you saying that it was working properly and then it stopped working properly?
BTW, Good troubleshooting by switching sims!
