Data not working after plan renewal

I just switched on the 12gb 3g plan (via. auto pay), but data doesn't work at all. There is nothing in data & add on usage  tab in my account, but my plan tab showing this:

  • This plan includes: -
  • - 12 + 6GB BONUS
    at 3G Speed /90 days
  • - 3 Choices with Provincial Talk
  • - Unlimited International Text
  • - Unlimited Provincial Talk

With previous plan I had no issues with data.

@Dbnz, if this is a recent change (today??), power cycle your phone.  It may be okay.

 

If there is still no data, send the moderators a private message.

Might as well send the moderator team a private message with your account information so they can look into the problem.
