I purchased more data at 8:55AM today. I have the receipt, but data does not show as applied on my account. 

Received a message at 3:51 that all data was used, but there’s no record of it in the portal. 

what gives?

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
