Data just stopped working

First my Teksavvy internet went down throughout Ontario so I had to use my phone data which randomly stopped.  Payment had just been made and I hav 19gb free.

@RJwillis  to avoid the chance you are reading old cached info, please login My Account again using Incognito mode to confirm how much data left

and you said the data randomly stopped? which area you are in ? city and province? there are couple local mobile outage , it could be the reason 

and to test, try to change the Preferred network type or Network mode to 3G and see if the data works
