Same thing happened to me today, calls work but data just disappears for no reason. Couldn’t even open site, so yeah definitely feels like a network issue.

If you're using dual SIM, make sure its still set to be your primary SIM. I experienced a similar issue some weeks ago and thought it was network related but it wasn't.

please try Reboot phone and Reset network settings, then test data again
and check Telus Outage page:
https://www.telus.com/en/ab/outages
At this moment, there are mobile problems in Vancouver area, Orient Bay-ON, so, it could be related
